Description: Russell Cooper is an experienced BE Development Coach and he has competed at Advanced and CCI**** level, and also works with riders in goal planning, event preparation and improving performance. The Session will be a 1.5 hour XC schooling session at Coombelands (for maximum of 4 people all riding at a similar level), to focus improving your technique, including steps, drops and ditches. Riders need to be confidently and competently jumping at least 70cm. Your disclaimer MUST be uploaded with your booking.
